Yeah in Russia, as you know, McDonalds and other fast food multi million-billion-….sixtillion chains, kinda left post-communist land, zippi-du-dah all their vans dropped fans, roll to south west. KFC (Rostics) and Burger King stayed actually, which was quite funny to see them still on the streets keep trolling rubles for their burgers.

At first, sure with this burst fast food emigration, could think that ‘hey whoop whoop we stopped all that fat rolling into our streets bits’ but nah bah DAHhh. New, regional, domestic fast food replaced McDonads faster than my back hair growls up at night in Siberia. That’s very fast by the way, in rocket-like speed. Mak didn’t even packed all their buns, Russian fast food thingy –Vkusno i tochka — start boiling their fries on Donalds’ kitchen.

Vkusno i tochka + KFC and Burger King...Ok, Voila! We back to fast food, processed food, bad food, fat food…Forget about ‘Protect the liver, feed the gut, support the brain’ we are back putting on our 100 kilos weight.
