Birth rate: fail to replace

No one? feel dum...

What if there is no one to fill the spot? What if there is no one to replace a whole generation?

At first, ‘How come?! There are so many young folks riving for jobs, in any country?’. But can you picture: no lines for job interviews, no waiting list, no intern term,… Impossible is it not. Well could be our future, based on stati… data from official birthrate sources, if to believe ’em, whoever wrote it : by 2025 ‘birth vs rate’ toll, soon there will be a very small and not so beauuutiful number of peeps who to pass any spot to.

Millennials and Gen Z

Self-performance, career building, and capital making…

Day and night dream to nail — score high —  Gaokao exam (China) or CSAT ( South Korea), and other brain-numbing tests and exams that either put you on the lucky pot or keep you at the bottom cote.

China, South Korea, Japan, or Russia are topping the difficulty levels of final exams. Ironically, those countries are actually about to face that drastic gap I’m talking about, between prev. and coming up Gens.

Looking at those life-knot exams, as I mentioned, you might think, their industry is insanely competitive and so no problem should be with employment, all would have jobs… But the issue ringing bells regardless, as for 2030 — or even earlier — population would more likely face empty offices, empty floors, empty buildings, and sweaty HR team running on the streets with ‘join in’ booklets

So would the roboti…zation…ation  projects fill the cup?

WHAT TO DO

LEAN ON AI?

Yet its been done, but in smaller volume of course compare to what others — Asian part of the world — expecting in 10 years.

Not going to call it as a full alternative to man. At least not yet. Lots of projects now developing in Asia, from checkout machines to industry’s tool-making. But its not flashy-tappy running smooth. In Japan, after their “bubble burst” (1990), they tried to change and promote many AI services for a man.  You know how Japanese are so hats-up on showing their tech savvy side  — but on practice all things needed a human guide: self check-out in grocery store was and is controlled by a man, as well as tapping a knob to open, confirm transactions, and so on.

South Korea has also turned to the AI mainstream as their Birth Rate is way down to ZERO. To me they just have no chance but fully change their offline services to gadget-based world.

All robots get outdated, they break, and cheat on our privacy. Spanner lost? What would happen then? Do we have lots of planB choices?
what makes you stronger, likely kill you”

ONLINE dating apps. Sadly, the wed lock is a MUST for having kids in Asian society. Just ‘dating’ itself wont work to fill the gap.

SPONSOR family projects,  “mother’s capital”, cut the living cost (cheaper housing), offer more programs for child care, ease the travel cost and transportation for couples with kids. Marking the “rip-off list” in such capitals like Seoul, New York, Tokyo,…In those cities money comes and go in a sec.

FAMILY kicking idea, as an institution that everyone should go for, strive for, and value. Use movies, theatres to show family bonding, heritage growing, and bloodline keeping.

so “YES” this is one of the reasons why islamic world don’t face this birth rate issue. C’est la vie.

Who in that q...Or not yet?

Following the question why others don’t have this problem? On the African continent or in India, other Bengali nations, as well as in Mexico or in Mid East …How they do it? What so special about these places?

By UN statistics Africa would have more young adults than any other place on Earth…Thats only predictions, that might work or not but nothing radical is done to change this future.

Hot climate? Boiling to da brain falling. Want to do nothing but mingle around, join festivals, and just enjoy life and love;

Religion? Marry at young age, strict gender roles — if roughly –‘play with dolls, cook, raise your dudes’;

Poverty? Lacking prospects, own kid as an extra help, non-paid workforce;

Lack of Education? Limit ideas and wants, living life like its been told — marry young, have kids;

Family bond? Keep the business running, which is like 100% point in Japan, Korea (both North and South), and China.

Ironically, progress driven countries, where women fought for their rights, are now shrinking flinking, like a ballon with that screechy-twitchy sound. That is why many Birth-rate failing nations raise the question ‘should women get high education before marrying?’. This is the real question some people — precisely men– and politicians speak off in Russia…

Some are ok with it, like ‘what to worry?’ All will get back to normal’. Might doubt that.

No way back?
