Breakfast with…

SUGAR DROOGS

Reese’s greeces, Oreo moreo,…

“..multigrain… low-fat, healthy cereal is a good source of 9 vitamins and minerals…dairy alternative in the morning, afternoon or as a late-night treat…” (Kellogg)

“… provides 14g of whole grain (at least 48g recommended daily), is a good source of calcium, and has 12 vitamins and minerals…Beyond a quick breakfast addition, pack a little magic in any lunch box…spreading goodness from tots to grown-ups.” (Lucky Charms

“… An excellent source of 5 B vitamins and at least 24g of whole grains per serving!” ( Quaker Roats

Ohhh, C’ON!? HOW FAR CAN THEY GO, Glittering my bowl?: ‘AWEZZOMEeee… ‘, ‘you should EAT ’em on BFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, ‘… NUTRITIOUS and ESSENTIAL’. Pff yeah sure, whomping hard with wordy trumps…Would I believe ’em all? Huh, if only less facey boazy…

‘Yo, We nailed you, tard!’ ? McDonald’s for lunch, whatever nuggets baguettes dinner, morning bowl of Froot loops and YOU R G…GOOD… for DROOGS.

In Russia same?...

NO NOT THE SAME …YET at least yet! WAAAAY smaller shelves in Russia, for this TiGORO, ChiGORO ,er ..ChocozAVROO, and other ‘CRACKY’ packy …

Less mashy, less flashy, bit bashy — losing to Kellogg, Lucky Charm ,and basically to all American brands, morning gurus BY FAAAR  — just been caching up, in price at least.

Wished to see less smoky words but nah, a copy/paste their western bros:

“...incredibly nutritious, delicate chocolate-nut filling,…melting filling is incredibly delicious!… loved by both children and adults, with milk or just tea.” (Lubyatovo)

“…For everyone!… contains whole grains,… nutrients—complex carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals…contains dietary fiber…”(Hrutka)

“…whole grain and 7 vitamins, … source of calcium and iron… has no artificial colours or flavours. Every bowl of this chocolate cereal contains vitamin B6, B3, and B5 to help nourish kids’ minds” (Nesquik

Lubyatovo, Nestle, Nesquik ( Yeah, from the UK), Yasno Solnushko ,Uvelka, Hrutka,..

Stamping ‘WHOLY Molly GRAIN’ — NO additional colours, bit vanilish honeylish chocolish and plainlish ones. Surely DOUBT IT.

Hint: If in Russia, pick the whole grain oatmeal instead of cereal, just saying. If still GO FOR CEREAL, then get the least coloured ones ( not honey dipped, no syrup poured, no sugar altern.), and use the whole milk ( 3 % to 6 %) — would fill you much faster.  For a nice taste — once in a while — might go for a pop-top pick ChocoZavr ( chocolate or vanilla filling), Lubyatovo and Hrutka got some tasty choices too.

Don’t pick Nesquik in Russia. PLS DON’T…No one can tell how much of whatever vitamin is there, especially in the pack that was sent to Russia. Huh, I would bet 100% — NOT A DIP OF B Vits.
